By downloading, installing, or using UpJobPilot ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. UpJobPilot is a product of Doone (doone.dev).

Subject to your active subscription and these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use UpJobPilot on a single machine for personal or professional use. You may not:

UpJobPilot is offered on a recurring subscription basis. Billing is handled by LemonSqueezy. By subscribing you agree to their Terms of Service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the customer portal at upjobpilot.lemonsqueezy.com/billing.

4. Upwork API Requirements

UpJobPilot requires you to obtain your own Upwork API credentials. It is your responsibility to comply with Upwork's API Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork.

5. AI-Generated Content

UpJobPilot uses Claude AI (Anthropic) to generate job scores, client assessments, and proposal drafts. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing proposals before submitting them.

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular results regarding job applications or earnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or income, arising out of or related to your use of UpJobPilot.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
